When booking appointments through our website or telephone channels:

• Online appointment submissions represent a request for consultation and are finalized upon telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation by our front-desk coordinators.
• Consultation timings with senior specialists (Dr. Bhupendra Bathla and Dr. Alka Bathla) are subject to emergency procedures and critical surgeries in the Cath Lab or Operation Theatre.
